Management of Engine Shop Visits
- Worldwide technical support (Miami, Florida & Shannon, Ireland ) from AeroTurbine's highly experienced engineering team
- Monitoring of engine parameters "In Service" covering Hours, Cycles, Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT), Vibration etc by EFPAC
- Review In-Service maintenance and flight operations squawks, log book parameter & trend shifts, borescope findings and oil consumption
- Preparation of engine workscopes, service bulletin & AD reviews, ahead of engine shop visits
- Negotiate best value solutions with Repair Stations to obtain performance guarantees, warranty benefits etc. through a competitive quotation process
- Engineering management and control of Engine Shop visits, Table Inspections, workscope changes, component repair and replacement, including assessment of financial impact
- Engineering assessment and recommendation for Parts procurement, material supply, etc., matching LLP's to cyclic build requirements
- Monitor progress through the shop cycle ensuring that critical tollgates and schedule milestones are achieved per plan and final delivery dates are upheld
- Attend engine Test & Certification Phase to ensure performance parameters are met before re-delivery to the customer
- Establish the next phase of the "In Service" monitoring by EFPAC
Miami Engine Repair Station :
- Team of A&P technicians and inspectors experienced on wide range of all major OEM engines, including CFMI, GE, Pratt & Whitney, IAE and RR.
- OEM-trained Technical Support Team strategically located in USA and Europe holding extensive knowledge of engine design, maintenance, repair and overhaul - all with airline experience
- All work certified under FAA and EASA regulations
- Full workshop facilities with dedicated module and engine bays
- Global "Field Service Support" at satellite facilities in Belgium, Singapore and Arizona including support at any required location
- Engine maintenance including lease returns (C Checks), borescope inspections, engine conversions, QEC 's, engine repair and disassembly supported by large "in-house" parts warehouse and inventory
Goodyear Aircraft Repair Station :
- Highly experienced team comprised of over 200 fully qualified A&P and Quality technicians, technologists and engineers
- Extensive experience on all Boeing & Airbus wide-body & narrow-body aircraft
- Over 20 years experience in providing a full range of aircraft services to U.S. & international operators and leasing customers
- FAA-approved DER's to sign-off all structural modifications
- FAA-approved DAR's to issue Airworthiness Certificates (both Domestic & Export) and Special Flight Permits (ferry flights)
- In final stages of becoming an FAA-approved Airworthiness ODA (04/2011)
- Full NDT capability (LPI, Mag particle, Eddy current, X-ray, Ultrasonic)
