Michael King

Mr. King was named Chief Executive Officer of AeroTurbine, Inc. on August 15, 2008. He joined the company in June 2006 as Senior Vice President of Materials and was later appointed as President in October 2007. Mr. King has an extensive aviation background having previously served as Group Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AAR Corp. where he worked for 14 years. During his tenure at AAR, he held various General Manager positions with overall responsibility for their New Parts Distribution Group, PMA Parts Group and Engine Parts Group. His prior experience with AAR also included roles as Vice President of Engine Sales & Leasing Group, Engine Parts Regional Sales Manager and European Parts Regional Sales Manager (while based in their London, UK location). Mr. King is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he earned a BA in Economics and Marketing.

Cole Reese
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Reese was appointed Chief Financial Officer of AeroTurbine on July 1, 2010. He has more than 17 years of experience in aviation finance and leasing. Mr. Reese previously worked for eight years for AerCap Holdings N.V. in the Netherlands holding positions as Chief Tax and Accounting Officer and as Chief Operating Officer for AerCap's main Dutch operating entity. Prior to joining AerCap, Mr. Reese worked for nine years for MCC Financial Corporation, a turboprop operating lessor in Washington D.C., where he ultimately became Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Reese also worked for three years with Ernst & Young. Mr. Reese is a U.S. certified public accountant and holds a Master's degree in Accountancy and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Al Wood
Executive Vice President, Commercial Products and Services

Mr. Wood was named Executive Vice President, Commercial Products and Services on Feb 16, 2011. He joined the company in October 2006 and previously held roles as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Director within the parts, engine sales and leasing businesses. Mr. Wood has a comprehensive aviation background having previously served as Director of Sales, Product Director, and Regional Sales Manager for AAR Corporation in their Parts Trading and New Parts Distribution divisions. Prior to joining AAR, Mr. Wood was a commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force for eleven years serving in various flight, operations, and maintenance roles. Mr. Wood is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a BA in Political Science.

Mike Mullen
Senior Vice President Technical Administration

Mr. Mullen was appointed Sr. Vice President Technical Administration of AeroTurbine, Inc. on November 01, 2006. He joined Eastern Airlines in 1980 and held various positions in maintenance and engineering. In January 1991, Mr. Mullen left Eastern Airlines to form his own technical consulting firm; Mullen Air Service, Inc. (specializing in aircraft and engine record compliance required for aircraft leases). In 1996, he subsequently founded Millennium Aerospace, which specialized in aircraft engine records evaluation and third party engine maintenance management. Upon the incorporation of AeroTurbine, the assets of Millennium Aerospace were acquired by AeroTurbine to form the technical support foundation of the Company headed by Mr. Mullen. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University where he received a BS in Aviation Management. He also holds an Airframe and Power plant license from the FAA.

Amanda Cutler
Vice President Chief Legal Counsel

Ms. Cutler has served as General Counsel of AeroTurbine, Inc. since July of 2002 and as Vice President of Legal since July of 2007. Ms. Cutler has extensive experience in cross-border and domestic transactions, employment law and corporate compliance. Ms. Cutler is a graduate from the University of Miami, School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
