Profit from Our - and Our Customers' - Experience
Over time, we have been asked - and subsequently answered - thousands of our customers' questions - some general and some very specific. We are making these available to you to help you save time as you assess your needs and procure the products and
services needed to keep your aircraft flying.
Q : What is the minimum lease period for an engine?
A : Our minimum engine lease term is thirty days.
Q : If I lease an engine for three years, will I be responsible for the maintenance? Do I have to return the engine in the same condition as when I leased it?
A : Not necessarily. Depending on the engine type and lease, you can arrange a short term lease over three, four, or five years with no return conditions. Or we can provide an engine for the same periods on a long term basis. The difference is the access to the maintenance reserves (MR). On a short term lease the lessor controls the MR, and with a long term lease, MR is available for specified repairs.
Q : Are your engines fully QEC'd?
A : Yes, we fully QEC almost every engine, and we tailor the fire warning system to the operator's requirement.
Q : Would AeroTurbine be able to arrange a purchase and lease back of my engines over a specified time?
A : Yes, absolutely. We would be able to offer a very competitive and attractive proposal for this type of transaction.
Q : Does AeroTurbine offer exchanges and/or loans?
A : Yes. AeroTurbine does offer a full range of exchanges to meet our customer's needs. In addition, we work with our customers to accommodate any loan requirements they may have.
Q : How do I find out what material AeroTurbine has in stock?
A : AeroTurbine lists all of our material on ILS; however, we recommend that you contact us directly for specific stock requests as our dynamic inventory changes daily. Please refer to our contact page to find a sales office in your area.
Q : How do I request a quote for in stock material?
A : Quotes for material can be obtained through the 'submit for quote' button on each or our website's services pages, or contact us directly through our contacts page.
